FULL OF RADIATOR JUICE?

WHEN VEHICLE IS AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE, POP THE HOOD ----FEEL OF THEM HEATER HOSES----AS THEY ENTER THE FIREWALL TOWARDS THE HEATER CORE

ARE THEY HOT?KINDA SO HOT THEY'RE HARD TO HOLD ONTO?COLD. ARE THE RADIATOR HOSES HOT?
