Vehicle listed above wont turn over. it clicks and the lights and everything work. just wont start.

It sounds like you are having an issue with the starter solenoid which is a part of the starter motor. If you remove the starter motor from your vehicle auto parts stores will test for free. Here is a tutorial showing how to remove and replace a starter motor and one for solenoid function:
