2007 Cadillac Escalade Ext Battery/starter

Replaced battery accidently hooked terminals up wrong and there was a spark(neg to pos pos to neg) swapped to have in proper place on the battery tried starting but now it is as though there is no power to the vehicle at all? suggestions?

I'm sure you have burnt out some fuses and/or fMaxi fuses and possibly some real expensive computers. There isn't mush worse you could have done to that electrical system. Check all the fuses, especially the 125A main fuse
