2007 Cadillac DTS electric sparks from overhead console

once in a while when I hit a bump in the road the overhead console has sparks comming out of it at the garage opener area and the passenger seat heated seat quits working!! what the hell ?? anyone help please !

This isn't something we can diagnose over a computer. Most likely something has been changed since the car was new that has caused a sheet metal screw to touch a wire or two wires are rubbing together. The assembly may have been removed at one time and something was shifted to where a terminal on a circuit board is close to touching the roof or mounting bracket. Those are the types of things we would look for.
