2007 BMW X5 Blowing smoke after idling

my X5 is blowing smoke after idling, I know its oil because I have to add more between oil changes and when its idling a lot. Changed the PVC values about 8 months ago but problem is still happening

Is the smoke from the exhaust? Is it blue?

Yes it is coming from exhaust and its blue/grey

Most likely, the valve seals are going bad.
