2007 Bmw X3 Recently Replaced Battery Now Time Will Stay Set On Display Once

Recently replaced the battery, now the time will not stay set on the display once the car is shut off. Any suggestions or do I have to have the car programmed at the dealership? Thanks.

Test all your fuses with a test light. There is one fuse dedicated to holding the memory.
