I already checked the water seals on my doors and the drain holes aren't clogged. I don't know where it's coming from, I do have a sun roof so it could be coming from there the floor or the rear doors. What should I check to figure this out?

Check to see if you are losing any coolant. If not check to see if the AC drain is clogged. All else fails, start looking for hole in the roof seams or leaking windows. You may have to remove the carpet and have someone rune a hose on the outside to see where it comes in.
