2007 BMW 328xi - vibration developed. BMW dealer replaced front brake pads/rotors and steering wheel beagn to oscillate at about 65 mph when crusiing. Repalced rotors again, tried new wheels and tires, tried to balance wheels at two shops, vibration ocntinues. What else can cause vibration and could damage have come while in shop?

Could be something loose in the suspension as well.
Is it only braking or all the time? Did you try putting the old wheels back on to see if it is a bad new wheel? Are they aftermarket or factory wheels?

Goods questions. Howeever, no vibration with braking - only driving 60-70mph +. Alignment check revealed no change - all in spec. No loose tie rods or ball joints observed. Have tried both 16" OEM wheels w/snows and 17" TSW wheels w/summer tires - both vibrate. TSW replaed wheels as good will jsut in case and Discont Tire replaced tires. AMazing serview from these companies! But did not fix. Any damage possible when dealer changed rotors initially?

Rotors are not involved here.
Alignment will not effect this condition.
Never, never use snow tires on this vehicle.
Discount tires? Are they the correct rating? What is the speed rating you now have?
