pedal goes to the floor when you start car up but drives fine and brakes fine

changed front pads customer complaining when he first gets into car and puts his foot on brake it creeps to the floor,but when you drive it the brakes are great

How is the pedal when the car is parked? Were the brakes bled or not? Was the bleeder opened during pad change?
