2007 All Other Makes All Other Models horn not working

My horn doesn't work when I switch on both the lights and ac, if any one of them is off it works fine....I checked the battery they said its fine....what can be the problem??

with out a make or model I am working blind folded, so I would suggest that you look at the headlight switch, if it is a combination switch with the horn as a function, this may be the problem,

Mahindra... Well I am service manager for a Mahindra dealership in Australia, bad news is we do not have that version here, just XUV and M hawk, but I would still look at the combo switch.

Combination switch, does your model have lights, indicators, washers etc working off multi function switches?

Then it may be the clock spring connection, do you have srs fitted that is an air bag?
