If it sits for more than 3 days it won't start?

I have an acura TL 2007. If it sits for more than 3 days it won't start. I replaced the battery 2 weeks ago and I am having the same issue. I live in Northern vA so with is not an issue. The engine doesn't turn and its as if it doesn't have any power. Solutions

The battery could be draining by a electrical component. Could the car jump start? Do you have any aftermarket components?
