it starts and idles at 1,400 RPMs but will not drive?

I put a new radiator in and a crankshaft position sensor, I think it might be the computer system.

I'm not sure I understand what is happening. It starts but won't drive. Is the engine stalling? What happens when you place it in gear?

Let me know as much as you can. Also, if you haven't already, you should consider scanning the can-bus system. CAN stands for controller area network. Basically, all the different modules are tied together via a few wires. This type of scan will retrieve codes regardless of the module storing them.
