Replace headlight bulbs

I have never run across a car that I have no idea on how to replace the head lamps in this car. I can't get my hand in there to even touch the bulb. What is the trick,short of removing the front end of the car. Help please.

If there is no access from under the hood, remove the light assembly to access.

Is this regular bulb or Bi-Xenon?
