I have recently replaced my heater blower motor on my vw polo 2006 but still only working on setting no.4. I want to check the heater resistor. Can you tell me where it is located and the best way to check if it's faulty.

We kind of guessed it may be the resistor but we don't know where it is located so looking for a brief description of where it can be found
