The rear defogger stopped working. THe fuse is OK and the indicator light on the dash switch lights up.

I suspect that the switch is bad. How is this switch (relay) actually removed from the dash so I can test it and if necessary, replace it?

Before removing the switch, check to see if there is 12v of power to the defogger. If there isn't, then check the switch.
