Well I guess my youtube/google search was wrong. But I doubt it.
Listen to the amount of VACUUM that is coming out of the dipstick tube.
That is WAAAAY too much vacuum. The PCV is the only thing that could
cause this.
A faulty turbo will stay noisy when dipstick is removed and would not be
able to affect the crankcase in a way that would cause excessive
vacuum.
