2006 Toyota Vitz Model Auto Today Suddenly Car Could Reverse Switch Engine Off

I have vitz model 2006 auto. Today suddenly my car could not reverse. I switch the engine off and on but no help. I disconect the battery and again connect the batt. But no help. Car moves forward in neutral and even in Park modes.

Check the gear shift cable and linkages.
