My 2006 Toyota Tunder's defrosting isn't working nor is the heat very efficient. The defrosting is stuck on the floor option and my windows are fogging up. PLEASE HELP! I love my truck and fogged up windows don't work to well in the winter time

The vent doors that direct air flow are actuated by vacuum. It sounds like you have a vacuum leak. Check under the dash for leaks. Let me know what you find. Also, if you are lucky, with the engine running, you may hear a hissing sound.

There is no hissing sound when the motor is running, but how do I check to see if there is a leak? I want to prove my boyfriend and dad that I don't need their help fixing my truck:)

I understand. The clicking sounds like a stuck door. See if you can track down where the sound is coming from. That may be the entire problem.
