What is the scrapping/ rubbing noise in my front driver wheel?

I went to go pull my truck out of the garage and at first it would mot go forward. The breaks were not on I checked. I went in reverse then back into forward. When it moved this time it made a screeching noise. I had to charge to truck since it had been sitting for a few months it died so I was going to take it for a drive to make sure thing were okay. The minute I put the truck in drive and went down the road I heard a scrapping noise comming from my front drivers side wheel. I do not see anything obvious but I will admit I only know the basics of vehicles. Any thoughts as to what it could be? Thanks!

brakes are usually noisy after sitting any length of time but not bein outdoors shoulda cut down on that effect. maybe some more driving will get rid of it?
