2006 Toyota Tundra lean fule

I'm having a lean fule problem.... could this be cause by a leak in my fule pump? i took it to a shop a while back and they said it was leaking at the pump they did something to "fix it" but they couldnt explain exactly why it was leaking either

Check to make sure fuel pump pressure us within the manufacturer's specs. If it is, check for vacuum leaks. If the check engine light is on, check for trouble codes and let me know what you find.
