What causes 171 174 lean and when getting in the throttle hard it like dies rpm falls to zero and back up like nothing happened and it don't do it every time its like a throttle stop

codes could be low fuel pressure, vacuum leaks, bad pcv valve or bad mass air flow

It runs great no missing just like push down gas hard and its like you turn key off for a second and turn back on its like nothing I have ever seen thanks for help
