2006 Toyota Tacoma You Make Adustments E Brake 06 4x4 Standard 4 Cylinder

How or where do you make the adustments for the E-brake of my 06 Tacoma (4x4, standard, 4 cylinder, with handpull at base of the dash). Despite extending the pull to its limits, it does not grab. Thanks!

Check the rear brake shoes and adjust its clearance to drum first. If the lever has more than 10 clicks, the adjustment for the cable is under rear console box.
