2006 tacoma 4cyl access cab automatic, 49k miles.....when at temp and in gear and stopped (at a stop sign for example) there is a vibration that vibrates the entire truck. The vibration goes away if you take the truck out of gear....or if you turn on the air condition while in gear. Any idea what is causing the vibration?

That's usually an indication of fatigued motor mounts that are transmitting engine vibration through the chassis.
