06 toyota Tacoma 4cyl trouble starting replaced fuel pump checked fuel pressure replaced fuel pump again have to crank 6 to 7 tmes somtimes it starts and sometimes it didn't Please help

Is the fuel pressure within specs?
Did you test the power supply to the fuel pump?
Does the fuel pump prime momentarily when ignition is turned ON?
Does fuel pump run while cranking?
