THE TRUCK IS IN FOUR WHEEL DRIVE HIGH AND WILL NOT SWITCH TO 2 WHEEL DRIVE OR FOUR LOW. NOTHING CHANGES WHEN YOU TURN THE SWITCH. THE FOUR WHEEL DRIVE LIGHT JUST FLASHES GREEN.

sometimes you have to jack up the truck as it locks up or binds not allowing it to release from 4 wheel.

Try reversing the vehicle to see if the flashing light goes off.
