Unless you put off road ****by tires on, a new tire should not make any road noise, you may have a wheel bearing issue.

Bearing is most likely, but sometimes you can get a bad tire.

Remove tire and place on rear (same side), if noise follows tire then tire is bad, otherwise bearing.
