Vibrating grinding noise under rear

Vibrating grinding noise under rear car when accelerating at 35-40 mph nothing is loose. Also a click/clunk when switching to drive from reverse.

Sounds like the engine mounts, rear differentials may be bad or the U-Joints/CV Joints.
