My car front brakes locked up and my front right tire has a strong burning rubber smell coming from it. What could the problem be?

Could be a stuck/corroded caliper piston and clogged brake hose

I was told that my brake reserved fluid was contaminated which probly caused my brakes to lock. I had my system flushed, cylinders change and new holes but the problem remains the same. My brakes are still locking up and the smell of burning rubber. Could my ABS have gone bad?

If I had a diagnostic check done would that determine what the actual problem could be?
