2006 highlander. 49,000 miles. Car feels like it is dragging at the slower speeds and when slowing down between 45 and 25 or going down hill. Accelerates normally but doesn't have its normal "gliding feeling" when I let off the accelerator. Just started happening 400 miles ago. Previous expert said it may be the valve body. Is this an easy fix or am I looking at a transmission rebuild?

if it is the trans. what about the brakes hanging up and causing this??

it could be the valve body but it may be a bad sprag clutch.

get it checked by a trans shop. it wont get any better and the more you drive it, the damage you may be doing
