how to replace the skid control computer on my 2006 toyota highlander hybrid

I've been told by the dealership that this is the part that needs to be replaced. The check awd system, check hybrid system, and multiple other lights came on, including abs, p/s lights. I'm just curious if this is a part I can replace myself.
