How difficult is it to replace the automatic Transmission on a Hyrid

Due to this being a hybrid it adds a little more difficulty to it. I assume this is 2WD as most of these vehicles were, so I am attaching the process below.

It appears they are having you remove the engine and transmission together so you will need to have a lift or a way of lowering the assembly together so that you can separate them.
