Can a CV axle that appears in good working order (no tears, cracks, or signs of wear) be damaged to where it interments a flat tire thumping sound when the car is accelerating and under load? I took it to a shop and had several things replaced like the wheel bearing, rotors, and pads. The engine mounts had some cracks but was told they are "Ok, No noise is coming from them". The CV is a manufactured from Napa. This sound happened around the time I installed the CV and new struts.

My sound is identical to this.

so that's not your video? cause i would say find a smoother road(new) because i mostly hear tire bouncing on road cracks. but yah, it's possible to get a bad part new/rebuilt.
