unable to fill gas in car?

unable to fill gas in car while filling gas nozzle constantly shut off while I was trying to fill up

That means the tank is not venting for some reason. It could be a restriction in a hose or a problem with the vent valve for the tank.

Yep, this happens when the vent tube is kinked are the inside of the vent tube is come apart internally and stopping the fuel vapors. You will need to do some exploratory surgery here is how the gas tank os put together, if you have any question please upload an images so we can see what's going on. Check out the images (below).
