About a year ago my car would kind of surge/buck slightly while driving along on freeway doing 110 if I back of the accelerator it kicks backs to normal. I started using the best petrol and havent had this problem till just last week and again this week. Could it have something to do with fuel? It only happens while doing high speeds on freeway worried if I will stop completely.

sounds like you are abusing the car doing 100 mph. it is not made for that kind of use.

octane will help but i would lower your speed.
