2006 Toyota Avensis Hi Prob Major Just That 3 Dials Control Heatin

Hi my prob is not major issue...its just that the 3 dials that control the heatin system wont illuminate on the centre console imwondering if its a fuse prob...the heating is workin grand..if its a fuse where s the fuseboard i have no user manual thanks karen....
