I have replaced the master window switch on the drives side, but I still can not roll the front passenger side window down. All of this started after I have the battery replace in the car. I have never had any issues with this car. I was told that it could be an electrical issue?

Frank, check to see if there is power to the pass window. If there is, then check to see if the motor is good. Also, check the wiring between the door and door frame.

Frank,
I have the EXACT same problem for a 2007 Avalon. WHAT is the issue? I don't want to go out and buy a new window switch for no reason?

Thanks,
Mai-Illinois
