Hi, when my engine is running and put my foot on the throttle it takes a while to respond and will only rev to 2000rpm (struggling). Before it done this I was running the car and getting a wooshing noice when accelerating and and grey smoke from exhuast. Im getting none of this now no turbo cutting in, like its in limbo?

Sounds as if the turbo is not producing any boost pressure, this can be checked with a pressure gauge hooked into the boost side of the induction, also check for pressure leaks on the induction pressure side of the turbo, if fitted with an inter cooler, these can crack and cause low post problems.
