2006 Suzuki Vitara Fuel intake, shut off

After having replaced the head gasket seal kit the car runs normal until approx. 20km, then the engine shuts down and wont start again until completely cooled down. Then it runs another 20km and the same happens.
According the thermometer it is not overheating.
