BRAKE LIGHT FAILURE ON Subaru Tribeca, THIRD BRAKE LIGHT IN REAR GLASS STILL WORKS, FUSE IS OK, BULBS ARE OK

Both brake lights on car body are inop, bulbs ok, fuse ok. Brake light in rear glass still works.

Check yoru grounds going to the lights in the rear and then chec the battery to body ground.

At the taillight, check the Brown wire for battery voltage when brake pedal is depressed.
