This is an automatic that has started shifting hard. Pulling the shifter between park & drive or reverse is hard. Also, sometimes the car won't start when the key is turned, but if you bump the shifter it will start fine.

have a trans guy look at it for hard shifting, the other if yo have to bump the lever is either your shift lock is out of adjustment or the shifter cable or lever linkage may be worn.
