Why does my car idle hard when the a/c is turned on?

The car runs fine but when i am stopped with the air conditioning on my car idles to where it is shaking.

Is your radiator and condensor fan working correctly?

seems to be, a/c works fine and engine stays cool how else would i be able to tell?

Does the engine rpms bob around or does the car just vibrate?
