Why does my car idle hard when the A/C is turned on?

The car runs fine but when I am stopped with the air conditioning on my car idles to where it is shaking.

Is your radiator and condensor fan working correctly?

Seems to be, a/c works fine and engine stays cool how else would I be able to tell?

Does the engine rpms bob around or does the car just vibrate?
