Fuel pressure issues

Idles okay in park has 49 lbs psi key on 39 running in park drops too 15 lbs if put in gear with out touching gas. Injectors and regulator not leaking installed used pump?

I would highly suspect the used pump. I would ever install a used fuel pump.
That being said you should replace your fuel pump as well if you haven't yet. This could be a filter problem.

The fuel pressure is way too low should be 48-56 psi-could be leaking from the injectors, fuel pressure regulator and the fuel tank module-
