Recently, a headlight, that I changed last year went out again. Today when I started the car, the other headlight, flashed a few times then went out. I changed the elements w Xenon, high vis bulbs. And now, neither works. Could it be a relay issue. And where is it located. Thanks . Bill.

Check the main fuses under the hood in the power distribution box. I believe there is a separate fuse for each light and for each beam. Also, make sure the bulbs you are using are not placing to much of a load on the system.
