4 cylinder engine will not go over 20mph. No codes. Replaced coil pac and ECM after dealer diagnostic. No change. Fuel pressure 58psi and throttle shows good response to gas pedal. Any ideas?

Is the reduced power light on?Also has a back pressure test been done on the exhaust?

So was a diyer scan tool used to check for codes?

Problem solved. The problem was the Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) module. I ran a resistance check and found an open in one of the circuits. Evidently the redundant circuitry kicks in and puts the car in a reduced power mode so you can limp to a service center.

Yeah that's why I asked if the reduced performance light was on and if you have codes.
