when the weather gets cold car wont start makes no noise and no dash lights like the car has no battrey then after you play with the key for 10 or 15 minites it will start

Is the security light on solid or flashing when it doesn't start?If so most likely you have a bad ignition switch you would have to have the body control module scanned for codes and if you have a code b3033 and or b2960 you have A BAD ignition switch.
