I just bought a 2006 saturn ion 4dr.The power lock at the driver side doesn't work,The power lock for all the other 3 passengers work. When i am using the key fab all the power locks including the driver side works.I interchanged the power lock switch of the passenger door and driver door, still the driver door doesn't work,so its not the switch itself.I am also not able to raise or lower the power window of the rear passenger n rear driver window. But i can do it from the front driver switches.Any help to diagnose the issue is much appreciated.
Thank you

Is it an Ion 2, Ion 3, or Ion Redline?

I've included the wiring schematics for both systems. You'll need to trace down where the problem lies. For the power locks issue, it sounds like the driver door switch either doesn't have power or ground-white wire or black wire.

For the rear windows, you're looking for power on the dark blue wire.
