Key stuck in ignition won't budge could not turn off car dealer wants $900 to fix!

Hello,
It sounds like the ignition lock cylinder is seized and will need to be replaced to get this issue fixed.
It will require removal of the steering wheel to access the component.

Keep in mind that these vehicles will require reprogramming of the new components after the replacement.
