I know I already asked about this but I have gotten some new advice as far as what it might be. Could it be a bad O2 sensor or my catalytic converter? When it is not doing this it shifts fine so I do not think it is the transmission.

I never seen a bad o2 sensor cause a jerking while shifting. Also a plugged cat causes it to not shift till you let up on the gas.Have you checked for codes in the computer yet? Also its not uncommon for the coils to go bad on those and cause miss fires/jerking.
