If your car starts then the fuel pump has to be working atleast some what. How does the car run and drive? Also the fuel pump shouldn't be making a thumping noise in the gas tank.

I dont have any pictures of how to replace the fuel pump. You have to get the rear of the car pretty high to get the tank out to replace the fuel pump.
